Carmen and Juni Cortez live with their parents, Ingrid and Gregorio, who they believe are boring, unaware that their parents are actually semi-retired international spies, working for an organization called the OSS (Office of Strategic Services). The Eds, Ed, Edd and Eddy live with the kids in the Cul-de-sac of Peach Creek. Meanwhile, Jonny 2x4 is playing with his friend Plank. Suddenly, an evil villain superstar named Fegan Floop came by to kidnap Plank. Jonny chased Floop, but it was too late.
